The London Collie Club’s annual programme of events include:

 

Winter Open Show for Rough and Smooth Collies — the first Collie Club event of each New Year affording exhibitors and friends to catchup on post Christmas news. Introducing the Frank Mitchell Memorial points trophies, one for each Collies variety, in 2008, to be awarded to the Rough and Smooth Collie, owned by a member, gaining the highest number of points earned at the club’s three shows during in the preceding year. Presented by our President, and Frank’s widow,
Mrs Lillian Mitchell — currently held at the
Haddenham Village Hall, Haddenham,
Buckinghamshire, HP17 8EE.

 

Annual General Meeting — held annually at
The Village Hall,  Kingston Blount, Oxofordshire,
OX39 4SW.

 

Unbenched Championship Show for Rough
and Smooth Collies to be held at the
Dobermann Training & Showground,
Digswell, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire,
AL6 0BU — Purpose built with the needs of
exhibitors and dogs uppermost this new venue for
the
London Collie Club’s 2008 Championship
Show enjoys permanently covered grass rings and
covered enclosures for spectators and dogs with
ample room for cages grooming equipment etc.

 

Autumn Open Show with classes for Rough and Smooth Collies each scheduling their own specialist judge — currently held at the Haddenham Village Hall, Haddenham, Buckinghamshire, HP17 8EE.
